I’ve inserted some photos into my journal which don’t need to be bigger than thumbnail size. These photos occupy an entire line to themselves. It would be more space-efficient to allow the body text to wrap around the photo and caption.

The text will wrap around the photos if you set them to the right or left. Once you have placed your photo in the center, use the Move tab in the upper right hand corner. Click this tab and drag the photo into the gray boxes to the right or left. After you have moved the photo, click the re-typeset button. This will adjust the text to flow around the photo.
