Logging In

I’ve tried to access my journal from my parent’s house and other sites, and every time I do I have to reset my password in order to access it from the new location. I imagine it’s a cookie issue, but it’s very bothersome.

You shouldn’t have to reset your password, maybe you’ve found a glitch. Thanks for letting us know.

Yeah, it only happens when I try to login from computers I’ve never logged from before. My guess, it’s a cookie thing.
